Reporting SkyBlock Bugs

  • Reporting bugs to our team allows us to fix and improve the gameplay and experience around our network. Please provide as much information and detail as possible when reporting exploits and bugs so that our team is able to understand and resolve the issue(s) as quickly as possible. You can report bugs on the Fakepixel Forums.

Abusive Gameplay

You can't do the following, no matter the reason:

  • Automated actions (like auto-clickers, macros, scripts).
  • Using forbidden mods.
  • Abusing hardware or software.
  • Unplugging devices to keep interacting with the game.
  • Using third-party tools to gather items of experience.
  • Putting weights or tape on buttons.
  • Real-life trading or cross trading.
  • Exploiting or duplicating bugs.
  • Sharing password/account with other players or logging into another player’s account for any reason.
  • Scamming.
  • Dishonest transactions that cause someone to lose items or coins..
  • Profile Boosting/Account Boosting.
  • IRL Trading/Cross Trading.
  • IP or Domain Advertising.
  • Staff/Server Disrespect.
  • Selling Gambled Items.
  • Ban Evasion (attempting to bypass a ban to gain unauthorized access to the server).
  • Coop Griefing/Coop Scamming.
  • Duping.
  • Chat Abuse.

Profile Boosting/Account Boosting

    Profile Boosting is considered when:

  • You are using profile(s) to continuously transfer coins, items or materials to another profile. This also includes single transfers of high value items or large amounts of coins. Each game is unique, so we do not allow trading currency items or currency to be traded within them.

    Account Boosting is considered when:

  • You are trading large amounts of items or coins between 2 separate accounts that you have accessed or played on regardless of whether you own the account or not.

IRL Trading/Cross Trading

 IRL Trading is when:

  • You are attempting to sell/trade Coffeepixel items, coins, or accounts for IRL currency, accounts, promo codes, channel subs, or anything else outside of Coffeepixel SkyBlock.

Cross Trading is when:

  • You are attempting to trade Fakepixel items/coins for items/currency from another game such as trading for fruits in Roblox games.

Sending IRL/Cross trading messages as a joke still counts as IRL/Cross trading.

Chat Abuse

Spamming

  • Sending the same message 3 times or more within 1 minute. Also counts if the message is different but means the same thing.

Begging

  • Asking for money, items, or services in chat for nothing in return.

Political Talks

Trolling

  • Attempting to trick players into doing or saying something that will negatively affect their gameplay. Example: Telling players to type /l during Dark Auction.

Swearing

  • Using words deemed to be profanity in one or more languages.

Chat Flooding

  • Writing a letter or multiple letters repeatedly excessively in a single word or message. Example: plsssssssssssssssssssssssssss go away.

Social Media Advertising

  • When a player who does not have YOUTUBE rank advertises their channel or asks for subs on their channel. Note: sharing web addresses for YouTube videos will also lead to a Major Chat Infraction mute.

Discrimination

  • Using language or words that may be offensive or insensitive to specific groups of people due to color, religion, ethnicity, beliefs, or sexual orientation. It still counts if it was said as a “joke” or a repeat of popular TikTok trends or “memes”.

Verbal Abuse, DDOS Threats, or Death Threats

  • Telling someone to do something that would lead to their harm or death in real life, DDoS their internet, or making threats to kill or harm them. This includes telling players to “kys”. It still counts if it was meant to be a “joke”.

Mute Evasion

  • When a player uses a different account to bypass a mute on their account, or uses a different account to break the chat rules.

Player Safety & Account Security

  • All Coffeepixel players must keep their account and personal information safe. Don't share your account or personal information with anyone!
  • All players are strongly encouraged to link their account to Fakepixel Discord. You can use the command /link in the game and then paste the code given into the #sync channel on the Coffeepixel Discord Server.  If you fail to link your account and later forget your password, we will likely not be able to assist you with getting it back.
  • Do not use “easy” passwords such as your player name or real name.
  • Do not share your password with anyone for any reason - it is a bannable offense.
  • Do not use the same password on any other game server. Players will often ask you to join SMP so they can steal your password when you register and hack your account.
  • Do not install mods or any computer files given to you by other Fakepixel players. There is a high chance that they will steal your information allowing other people to take over or steal your Coffeepixel account or other accounts.
  • Please be advised: In Coffeepixel Skyblock, the team maintains a firm stance: we do not provide refunds for lost items, profiles, coins, or any other circumstances. Whether it's a server bug, roll back, player error, hacked account, or unfortunate scam, the policy remains consistent.

Bronsin Server Guideline's.

§ Section 1 - Foreword

1.1 - Exhaustiveness of the Rules

The below list of rules is not exhaustive. While we do our best to include every rule and possible scenario, it is simply not possible to do so. A general rule of thumb is that if what you are doing might offend/annoy someone or grant an unfair advantage over other players, it is likely considered contradictory to the rules.

1.2 - Clarification of Rules

For clarification of rules, please do not hesitate to directly contact a staff member. The below rules may result in punishment being taken against your account. By using our services, you agree to be governed by the list of rules outlined below.

1.3 - Disregard of Rules

Showing disregard to the rules outlined below will not be tolerated. Players displaying a disregard of the rules will be punished at the staff’s discretion. The senior administrative team determines what is classified as disregarding rules, and will be flexible based on the scenario. These terms also include encouraging others to break the rules, in which case both parties will be penalized.

1.4 - Updating of the Rules

The below set of rules may be updated, revised, and altered at any time when seen fit by the administrative team. While we will often attempt to do our best to inform you of any rule changes, that may not always be possible. And as such, it is therefore your responsibility to ensure that you are up to date with the rules in order to avoid breaking them.

1.5 – Common Sense

Try to use common sense while on the server. If your actions are questionable then double check with a staff member. Do not try to bend the rules and expect to get away with it.

__

§ Section 2 - Chat and Forum Rules

"Chat and Forum" are rules which are enforceable on either the main server chat or on any part of the Bronsin website.

2.1 - Advertising

"Advertising" includes sharing a server IP in hopes of getting players to leave the server and join said IP / server. Referencing other servers is allowed e.g. "I haven't played Hypixel in a while".

2.2 - Spamming

Spamming is not tolerated as it irritating and annoying for all of Bronsin's users. Spamming refers to the repeated sending of messages. You should always wait at least 3 seconds before sending messages (in-game). Spamming also refers to the sending of message(s) which are seemingly random (eg aodjeifjrerd9etu9jfeswg1234). Repeated sending of messages regarding things such as the selling of carrots (yay carrots!) can be considered as spam based on the frequency of the messages being sent. Additionally, the consecutive use of 4 or more lines is also considered spam. In the case of shop advertising, you must wait at least 5 minutes before re-sending your advertisement message. "Leet text" and alternating uppercase/lowercase letters (tYpInG lIkE tHiS) is also considered spam. Using excessive and unnecessarily repetitive characters is consider spam as well (eg "noooooooo").

.

2.3 - Player harassment & Respecting Players

We will not tolerate the chat on the server or forum to be filled with comments and statements deemed as harassing others. This includes, but is not limited to, any toxic chat against other players or speech with the sole purpose of harassment. The staff reserve the right to determine harassment on a case by case basis, and will take the necessary disciplinary actions. You may also take action by running /ignore <player> to end all ingame communication.

2.4 - Links

Posting links in the chat is not allowed unless the link leads to "bronsin.com" or another Bronsin related entity.

2.5 - Profanity

Profanity is allowed but derogatory terms are not permitted such as racial slurs. However, if the expletive is targeted at another player, this would violate § Section 2.3 on player harassment and will not be tolerated.

2.6 - Private Messages and Towny Chat

Most of the rules listed above also apply in these chats. The only exception is profanity (in town chat). This may be allowed / disallowed / moderated by your town mayor or assistants. The administrative team usually refrains from moderating these chats unless serious rule breaking occurs. In general, we are not concerned with what is displayed in private messaging between two players. However, if the recipient of the message feels they are being harassed, the offending party will face punishment.

.

2.7 - Disruptive Users

If you are found to be purposely acting in such a way that ensues disruption in chats, you may face action against your account(s) from the administration team.

2.8 - Impersonating Staff

Impersonating staff through the use of name changes (or nicknames) is not tolerated and will result in serious punishment. “Mini-modding” is considered impersonating staff. Please do not “mini-mod” while staff are online. However, if no staff are available, it is acceptable to inform a player if they’re breaking the rules. If you notice a severe account that requires staff attention, please screenshot the incident and inform an administrator for further examination.

2.9 - Personal Information and “Doxing”

The release of someone's personal information or “doxing” (for example: real name, address etc.) is strictly forbidden. In addition to the permanent removal from the server and its services, it is a federal offense that carries consequences far beyond the reach of Bronsin’s jurisdiction.

___

§ Section 3 - Mods, Clients, Texture Packs and 3rd Party Programs

3.1 - Hacked Clients

Hacked clients are not allowed under any circumstance.

3.2 - Mods

All mods must be approved by the administrative team before use. Using unapproved mods is not allowed, as they can provide an unfair advantage over other players. Anyone caught utilizing an unapproved mod will face action against their account. Ask an administrator whether or not your desired mod violates our terms.

3.3 - X-Ray

X-Raying (including the use of mods, programs and texture packs) is not allowed. It provides an unfair advantage over other players. X-Raying also includes the exploitation of bugs in Minecraft in order to see through chunks and so forth. Punishment is based on severity.

3.4 - 3rd Party Programs

Any 3rd Party Programs are not allowed. If you believe a certain program should be allowed, please contact a member of the administrative team for it to be reviewed.

___

§ Section 4 - Exploitation

“Exploitation” includes but is not limited to exploiting bugs, using loopholes and abusing glitches.

4.1 - General Exploiting

Exploitation is strictly forbidden. Abusing bugs or otherwise making use of an unintended entity will not be tolerated. Exploitation of items, money, ranks, etc. will usually result in a permanent ban from the network with no option to unlock. If you experience a bug that gives you an unfair advantage, you must report it to an administrator immediately. In some cases, we will reward players for discovering such bugs.

4.2 - Bounty Exploitation

"Bounty Exploitation" is the abuse of the bounty system. This occurs when Individual 1 allows Individual 2 to accept Individual 1's bounty, and allows Individual 2 to kill them to avoid being legitimately killed. This will often warrant a 3-day ban for all parties involved.

4.3 - Exploiting Commands

"Exploiting Commands" is the term coined when a player uses commands to attempt actions they are not permitted to execute. For example, setting homes in places they should not or using commands to see what administrators are online if any. Punishment is up to the administrator’s discretion.

__

§ Section 5 – “Griefing”, Building, and Town Rules

5.1 - City “Griefing”

In the event that you are able to build in the city areas, you may not grief the city. Doing so will immediately result in the permanent removal from the server.

5.2 - "Major Griefing”

"Major Griefing” is the destruction of a town (or other protected buildings in the wilderness) that would require one person to spend significant time and resources repairing. In the event of a reported griefing, the administrative team will evaluate the situation on a case by case basis and determine if a roll back is warranted. Destroying purchased monster spawners is also deemed "Major Griefing", and will be replaced. Punishments will be issued for “Major Griefing” offences and the affected areas will be rolled back by an administrator. However, we remind players that greifing in many forms is a part of the game and will not always reverted.

.

5.3 - Claiming Town Areas

Claiming townland within the Bronsin City area is not allowed. Your claim will be removed without refund. You may not claim areas of land directly surrounding other towns.

5.4 - Limitations regarding types of Farms

Animal Farms- Large quantities of animals may not be farmed in an enclosed area. There must be at least 1 block of space in the farm for each animal. (Eg, 50 cows must have a 50-block area for a farm).

Fishing - Automatic fishing/fishing machines are not allowed.

5.5 - Homes in the City area

Setting home is not allowed in the city region. Bypassing this restriction will face punishment.

5.6 - City Plots

Plots within the city borders (both premium and non-premium), do not permit the use of beacons.  Premium plots are purchased in the Bronsin store (the value of which is subject to change). You are allowed to add a single additional member to your plot for the price of $250,000 ingame currency.

___

§ Section 6 - Miscellaneous

6.1 - Circumventing Restrictions placed on your Account/IP

You may not attempt to circumvent nor bypass any restrictions which have been placed against your account or IP. Doing so will result in further (and more serious) action being taken against your account/IP. You may not use a VPN/Proxy while using Bronsin's services.

6.2 - Donating for Others / Trading In-Game -> Real Life Money

We understand that sometimes some players simply aren't able to donate by themselves for various reasons. You are allowed to get other people to purchase items from the shop for you. You may not however sell any form of in-game item or perk (eg diamonds!) for other currencies (virtual or real. Eg gift cards).

In order to clarify these rules, please see the scenarios:

Allowed: Bob buys Fred diamond donor and Fred pays Bob 100k (ingame).

Not Allowed: Sally gives Julia 100k (ingame) and Julia gives Sally a $10 gift card to Starbucks.

___

§ Section 7 - Discord Rules

Discord Information:

- These rules generally apply to both voice and text channels in the Discord.

7.1 - Spamming

Spamming on the discord is not tolerated at all. Spamming refers to the repeated sending of messages. Spamming also refers to the sending of message(s) which are seemingly random (eg aodjeifjrerd9etu9jfeswg1234). If you are found to be spamming you will receive a warning from a staff member informing you to stop. If you persist, punishment will ensue.

7.2 - Profanity & Player Disrespecting

Profanity is allowed to be used in the Discord but same as the server they must not be derogatory e.g. homophobic & racial slurs. If the profanity is used in a malicious way to disrespect or insult players you may face disciplinary action against your discord account.

7.3 - Disruptive & Toxic users

If you are found to be purposely causing trouble, in the Discord you will face disciplinary action.

7.4 - Advertising
